Azerbaijan has only partially managed to see the US State Department’s 2021 Report on International Religious Freedom.
Thus, publications in the Azerbaijani media have appeared on a certain report of the US Department of State—and which lists the violations allegedly committed by Armenia in the territories now controlled by Azerbaijan.
The report makes a critical reference to the Armenian side—but of course, at the suggestion of the Azerbaijani authorities, as no American ambassador has bothered to go to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and the territory of the security zone.
Everything attributed to the Armenian side in this report is in fact a result of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan in the 1990s.
At the same time, however, Azerbaijan “did not see” what the report says on the actions of the Azerbaijani side.
